CLIENT FEEDBACK 

LSM Consulting is retained by its clients to design, develop, implement programs whose objectives are to improve the effectiveness of their workplaces. The success of these initiatives is measured from four perspectives:

1. The sustained success achieved by our clients
2. Customer satisfaction 
3. Employees growth and fulfillment in the workplace
4. Our organizational effectiveness practice.

To ensure that the process and outcomes of the projects we undertake on behalf of our clients continue to be of the highest quality, we are constantly monitoring and evaluating our own performance. We do this objectively by engaging Competency Development Canada, an independent third party, to survey our clients and obtain first hand feedback as to their perception of our performance. Clients are asked, Did LSM Consulting live up to your expectations?  We value this feedback and when necessary, take the action required to improve on any identified aspects of our service where we have underachieved.
