Even if the process is not defined, we can still start measuring its success and track individual process instances (customer orders, shipments, etc.). BPM Suite provides invaluable information that will only benefit the process review process—it is designed to quantify process problems so businesses have solid evidence to support process re-engineering initiatives.

This allows for quick deployment of the solution and a swift discovery of where the trouble lays—no time is wasted on perceived problems. Once the weakest sub process is identified, the choice can be made whether to examine the specific process more closely. This provides the beginning point for the iterative process of improvement.
