My processes are only IT related with
no external interactions with other departments. Can you show me
how BPM would apply in such cases? (eg database, access, data management
etc.)
There
is still a business process here. The
Sajus BPM business philosophy is based on the fact that to monitor any
key business process, all the components that support that process must
be monitored. Our hub-and-spoke architecture gives us visibility to the
server, application and network level. We
will define this process in BPM Suite, apply KPIs and provide real-time
feedback in the same way as we would for regular business
processes.
We can

we are connected to.
