LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT

A learning experience is one of the best ways to effect change in the behaviour of employees whether to improve performance or facilitate an organizational change.

Our approach to Learning provides the tools and methods for enhancing performance and effecting behavioural change.

Our coaching method uses a less theoretical approach where behaviour changes are achieved within the context of specific business goals, objectives, structure and culture of your organization. We use your examples in order to maximize the learning experience.

 Adults learn best when able to draw their own conclusions by seeing new concepts or approaches in action. As defined by the principles of adult education, during the training, participants will be advanced through the four required stages of learning, namely

  • Acquisition of information

  • Practice of concepts

  • Transfer of concepts to on-the-job realities

  • Application of training to specific job tasks.
