If a candidate leaves the
client’s employment within the agreed to probationary period we undertake
to replace the candidate at cost, i.e. out-of-pocket expenses and any
additional research costs. Receipt of payment within 14 days of final
invoice date validates the replacement guarantee. The replacement
guarantee does not apply in some exceptional circumstances such as
redundancies, mergers and takeovers, or where the functionality and/or
skill requirement of the position changes significantly from the original
brief.
