In our
experience about four weeks is normally required to complete the sourcing
and interviewing process for mid-management levels and up to six to eight
weeks for senior managers. We make every effort to be as prompt as
possible to identify the right candidates.
Our fees are based on a
percentage of compensation or a fixed fee mutually agreed upon at the
start of the assignment.
Fees are invoiced in three
equal installments, the first upon our appointment to the assignment, the
second on submission of a short list of candidates, or 30 days into the
project, and the third upon the finalization of offer and acceptance. This
assumes the recruiting specifications or scope will not change
substantially during the assignment and that the search is not cancelled
or deferred. Should an assignment be cancelled for any reason, the amount
due would be equal to one half of the amount that would otherwise be
payable at the next payment due date. If there are multiple searches or
secondary placements, concurrent assignment pricing will reflect the
savings. Not included in the fees are mutually agreed out-of-pocket
expenses (courier, long distance, photocopies, travel, advertising, etc.)
incurred in the search. These expenses will be passed on to the client.
